Guillermo Lomeli
As a seasoned designer, Guillermo has a substantial amount of design, offshore manufacturing, and retail sales & merchandising experience. He graduated with a degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. He went to work for several fashion labels before founding his own label Lapetina and Lomeli, where his ultra-feminine sexy apparel cultivated a loyal following from women throughout Europe and North America. His designs have been seen in WWD Los Angeles, InStyle and Lucky magazines, and been sold in some of the finest retailers in the world, including Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Harvey Nichols and Holt Refrew. His private label clients include Guess?, Arden B., Boston Proper and Wet Seal.
Early in his career he joined the Motion Picture Union Association. His motion picture credits include “Remember the Daze” starring Brie Larson, Amber Heard and Leighton Meester, “Seamless” starring Shannon Elizabeth and “Tequila Body Shots” starring Joey Lawrence. His stage credits include “The Scarlet Pimpernel” on Broadway.
He is a go-to Designer and Stylist for young actresses referred by top Hollywood talent agents, including Keely Williams, Brittany Robertson and Katrina Begins, and his designs have been worn by celebrities like Kelly Clarkson and Dayanara Torres.
Guillermo believes in a classical approach to design that includes extensive research, an abundance of creativity and a level of craftsmanship that combine to produce designs that are truly inspirational.
